  • What is Transformative Business Coaching?
Transformative Business Coaching goes beyond traditional mentoring or consulting by building lasting capabilities rather than just providing answers. Through our proven all quadrant systemic framework, we help you develop solutions that work specifically for your context while creating sustainable change across your entire organization. Think of it this way: While mentoring gives you a fish and consulting shows you where to fish, transformative coaching helps you become a better fisher while simultaneously improving your entire fishing operation. The results speak for themselves. Our clients typically achieve (based on final evaluations): 20% faster implementation of major initiatives from KPI dashboard; improvement in team alignment; reduction in decision-making cycles 30% better stakeholder engagement Most importantly, you develop capabilities that continue driving results long after our engagement ends, making your startup more adaptable and resilient in facing future challenges.
  • Why (AQAL) Systemic framework? What makes it more effective than other approaches?
Holistic perspective: The integral (AQAL) framework encourages a multi-dimensional view of your startup, considering not just the objective exterior aspects (like processes, finances, and structures) but also the subjective interior aspects (like culture, values, and mindsets). This holistic approach can help identify and address misalignments or blind spots that might be overlooked by traditional board advisors or mentors who often focus more on specific functional areas. Alignment and Coherence across the Organization: The integral framework helps identify and address misalignments or inconsistencies between various elements of your startup, such as leadership, culture, processes, and structures. By fostering alignment and coherence across all quadrants and levels, you can minimize internal friction, optimize resources, and maximize collective impact. Tailored and Context-Specific Solutions: Unlike generic best practices or one-size-fits-all approaches, the AQAL framework allows us to gain a deep understanding of your startup's unique context and challenges. This enables the co-creation of tailored coaching plans and strategies that directly address your specific needs, increasing the likelihood of successful implementation and tangible results.
